We are also committed to providing the highest level of service.  To learn more about what our firm can do for you, please read on.

All phases of your case will be handled by an experienced California attorney:

We will not pass your case to a new law graduate or paralegal. Your case will be personally prepared and managed by an experienced attorney who is a partner in the firm. That means that you will be dealing with a fully empowered decision maker who understands and has complete responsibility for all phases of your case. When looking for an attorney, always be sure to ask who you are talking to and who will be handling your case: Are they a lawyer? Are they one of the principals of the firm or are they an associate? Do they have experience managing all phases of a consumer protection case - from initial legal evaluation through trial and post-trial motions? You have every right to ask these questions and you should.

In addition, our attorneys have not limited their entire careers to one narrow area of the law. We have experience prosecuting and defending cases in many different areas of the law. Although we have now chosen to focus our endeavors exclusively on consumer protection cases, our diverse experience gives us a broad base of legal knowledge from which to draw when representing you. We are therefore prepared to quickly address the myriad non-consumer law issues that can arise in consumer law cases.

The attorneys of McCoy, Turnage & Robertson have extensive experience litigating and trying cases in California courts:

We are not an out-of-state law firm that just has a "branch office" in California. Each of the attorneys at McCoy, Turnage & Robertson has spent their entire careers practicing in the California courts and has extensive experience handling many different types of California hearings, trials, motions and civil discovery procedures. We know California law, we know the California court system and we have personally appeared before many of California's judges. Unlike medicine or engineering, the practice of law is unique to each state. That is why each state has its own bar examination. Before hiring a lawyer, you should ask how many years they have practiced in the specific state where you will require legal services.

The attorneys of McCoy, Turnage & Robertson will strive to provide the most ethical and competent legal services possible:

Our firm carries an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubble. The General Ethical Standards Rating of "V" denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities. A Legal Ability rating of "A" indicates legal skills that are "Very High to Preeminent." An AV Peer Review Rating shows that a lawyer has "reached the height of professional excellence. He or she has usually practiced law for many years, and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity." We understand that your case is very important to you and we will therefore strive to resolve your case as successfully and quickly as possible. Once you send your documents to us, we will immediately prepare a demand package or lawsuit, as appropriate, and forward it to the defendant. If the defendant acts upon our request as they should, the process will take 30 to 60 days. If, however, the defendant is not willing to own up to its responsibility, McCoy, Turnage & Robertson has the resources and experience to take your case through trial. Each of the attorneys at McCoy, Turnage & Robertson has litigated hundreds of consumer protection cases and has personally appeared before judges and juries in all phases of trial from voir dire to closing argument to post-trial motions.

If you have any questions, your attorney — not a paralegal or secretary — will take the time to answer those questions as completely as possible. We believe that client communication is one of the most important elements of good lawyering and we will be there for you when you need us.

The attorneys of McCoy, Turnage & Robertson will give your case personalized and customized attention:
